Plastic Extrusion
Twenty-four hours a day our extrusion lines are creating miles of flexible tubing, rigid pipe, and custom plastic products
from styrene, polyethylene, and ABS materials. For over 35 years, we have been supplying quality extruded components such
as brine wells, riser pipe, drain line, and brine pick-up tubes to water treatment assemblers throughout the World.
Injection Molding
Everyday, we have numerous injection molding machines that produce thousands of distributor baskets, stacked segmented distributors,
brine tube strainers, and a variety of caps and plugs for brine wells, slotted riser tubes, and membrane vessels. We also
specialize in custom molded parts to meet more specific needs.
Vacuum Forming
We just recently added a new vacuum form machine to our existing line. Wrap-around resin tank jacket covers, brine tank covers,
and R.O. system covers are just a few of the items we
manufacture in-house.
